About the Cognizant GenC Role
The GenC (Generation Cognizant) profile is designed for fresh engineering graduates who want to build a strong foundation in IT. In this role, candidates will work on software development, testing, debugging, documentation, and supporting technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a GenC Engineer, you will:

Eligibility Criteria

✓ Education Requirements
- Only B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech graduates from 2024 & 2025 batches can apply.
- Streams like Leather Technology, Food Technology, Fashion Technology, etc., are not eligible.
✓ Academic Score
- Minimum 60% (no rounding off) in:
- Class 10
- Class 12
- Diploma (if applicable)
- UG & PG
- No standing arrears at the time of the interview or onboarding.
✓ Other Requirements
- Must be an Indian national or OCI currently residing in India.
- Must use your personal email ID throughout the hiring process.
